  • F0-04AD-1 [$79] - 4-channel analog input module. [data sheet] (pdf)
12 bit resolution, range: 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA. Removable terminal block. Use signals for monitoring and control applications, or as the process variable for the fill-in-the-blank PID* loop function in any model DL05 (Version 3.0C, or higher, of DirectSOFT required).

*NOTE: PID (Proportional, integral, derivative) control: Control algorithm that is used to closely control processes such as temperature, mixture, position, and velocity. The proportional portion takes care of the magnitude of the error. The derivative compensates for the rate of error change. The integral takes care of small errors over time.
  • F0-04AD-2 [$115] - 4-channel analog input module. [data sheet] (pdf)
12-bit resolution; range: 0-5 V or 0-10 V. 24 VDC power supply NOT required. Use signals for monitoring and control applications, or as the process variable for the fill-in-the-blank PID* loop function in any model DL05 (Version 3.0C, or higher, ofDirectSOFT required).

  • F0-2AD2DA-2 [$149] - 2-channel analog input and 2-channel analog output module
    [data sheet] (pdf)
12 bit resolution, range: 0-5 V or 0-10 V. Designed to operate with a 24 VDC user supplied power supply. Removable terminal block. Use signals for monitoring and control applications, or as the process or output variable for the fill-in-the-blank PID loop function in any model DL05 PLC (Version 3.0C, or higher, of DirectSOFT required).
  • F0-4AD2DA-1 [$185] - 4-channel analog input & 2-channel analog output (current sourcing). [data sheet] (pdf)

  • F0-04RTD [$199] - 4-channel RTD Input Module
    [data sheet]
    (pdf)

0.1 degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit resolution. Automatically converts type Pt100, jPT100, Pt1000, Cu10, Cu25 or Ni120 RTD signals into direct temperature readings. No extra scaling or complex conversion is required. The temperature calculation and linearization are based on data provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Diagnostic features include detection of RTD burnout or disconnection. NOTE: No user power supply required.

  • F0-04THM [$199] - 4-channel Thermocouple Input Module.
    [data sheet] (pdf)

0.1 degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit resolution. Automatically converts type E, J, K, R, S, T, B, N, or C thermocouple signals into direct temperature readings. No extra scaling or complex conversion is required. Module can be configured as 0-39.0625 mV, +/- 39.0625 mV, +/- 78.125 mV, 0-156 mV, +/- 156 mV or 0-1.25 V input and will convert volts and millivolt signals into 16-bit digital values (0-65535). Signal processing features include automatic cold junction compensation, thermocouple linearization and digital filtering. The temperature calculation and linearization are based on data provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Diagnostic features include detection of thermocouple burnout or disconnection. NOTE: No user power supply required.
